Exceptional golden women's watch TISSOT. Pre-owned vintage jewelry in very good condition. Mechanical cal. 709 movement, 17 jewels, originally signed crown. The movement is also signed by Tissot & Swiss. The watch is professionally serviced and working and tested for timekeeping accuracy.
Case measurements: 0.66” (1,7 cm) in diameter excluding the crown. The inside case back is hallmarked and signed: CHs. Tissot & Fils, 18K. The perfect synthesis of retro design and Swiss craftsmanship!

Around 1960, "Tissot" launched a tiny hand-wound movement for ladies' watches with a diameter of only 6 3/4 lignes (15.1mm). It was produced several years ago and has two subsequent versions. The Tissot cal. 709 is the first version of that movement.
Made in Switzerland.

The brand new premium leather band (not from "Tissot") and box are included.
The model's wrist size in the photo is 15 cm (5.9" inches).

Tissot was founded in 1853 by Charles-Félicien Tissot and his son Charles-Émile Tissot in the Swiss city of Le Locle. Tissot watches have been worn by Sarah Bernhardt and Grace Kelly.
