DELIVERY POLICY
Here at OneEraLate, we pride ourselves on ensuring every order is picked and packed with care and sent out to you as quickly as possible. We deliver Worldwide. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Standard Delivery to EU is up to 10-16 Working days.
Express Delivery is up to 1-3 working day.
Standard Delivery outside EU is up to 15-30 Working days.
Express Delivery is up to 3-5 working day.
Delivery times are extended over public holidays.
Unfortunately, our shop cannot provide compensation for late deliveries.
VAT and any additional costs are calculated at the basket and there should be no charges to the customer upon receipt of goods. However we cant control overseas customs who charge extra and we have no say over them.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Website Use, Refunds Policy and Delivery Policy tell you information about us and constitute the legal terms and conditions ('Terms') on which we sell any of the goods ('Goods') listed on our website (and all associated pages) ('Site') to you.
OneEraLate shop on Shopify is operated by private sellers. Any references to "we", "us", "OneEraLate" or similar terms are a reference to this entity.By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to the Terms and it is your own responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of these.
If the Goods have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your order then you must return the Goods to us without undue delay in accordance with our Returns Policy. Note, personalized wristwatches are not returnable. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Our returns policy allows you to send your item(s) back and receive a refund. Please follow the steps below.
BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEMS
If the watch is not ticking this might be due to the long flight, cold weather, or mistakes by winding up the watch. So please contact us first, because it can be easily fixed.
For automatic/ self-winding watches, if it is not working it could be due to lack of winding or movement. Please contact us prior to sending back as often this can be easily rectified.
RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS
Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded with the original payment method you used to place your order.In order to return any item(s) as unwanted and receive a refund for the item, the following conditions apply:
- You have to inform us within 14 days of receiving the item, and then return the item within 14 days of that communication. Please contact us via at sovietstuff@gmail.com
- The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received, with not removed safety tags from the bracelets.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and extras that was included within it.
- Personalized watches (cut bracelet or engraving) cannot be returned unless the safety tag is still intact
- If item was damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours
Certain watches require adjustment to ensure good fit. Please refer to our bracelet adjustment policy to ensure you maintain your refund eligibility.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To ensure we can process your return quickly and efficiently, please follow the below instructions for returns:
Please pack item safely, fill up the customs form exactly as our instruction says which you receive after contacting us regarding return.
Take your package to your local post office (we also suggest you ask for proof of postage).
The buyer pays return postage fee.

REFUNDS
When we receive the item, we will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure it’s eligibility for refund.
Our team endeavours to process refunds as quickly as possible and most refunds are processed on the same week they are received. Once processed, your refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place your order. We will let you know by email when your refund has been issued. Please note, it may take up to 14 days for the money to reach your account.
