CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Our shop follows LEGAL EU DISTANCE SELLING RULES for private sellers. Please READ all FAQs below
* Customized\personalized items are not eligible for return.
** If a buyer removes the safety tag after the item was delivered, the she\he won’t be able to return the item. If the buyer fails the return time frame, and ships back the item after a month or more, I have no obligation to accept a return and refund.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
**WARRANTY conditions for VINTAGE WATCHES. The warranty time for a vintage watch is 3 months, and ONLY for MOVEMENT. The warranty repair service is only in Lithuania. The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, or unauthorized service by our shop. We do not accept returns of the watch after you have already used a warranty service. After the warranty, we will be pleased to continue helping our customers with after-sales service.
GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING
*NO RETURNS FOR ANTIQUE ITEMS.
**ITEMS ON SALE AND WITH DISCOUNTS\CUPON CODES ARE NOT RETURNABLE ALSO.
***PLEASE SEND ITEMS BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER - 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THEM.
HOW CAN I RETURN A NON CUSTOMISED ITEMS?
*In order to use the voluntary right of return, you have to send back the item in a timely manner (within 14 days) after receiving it, undamaged and in its original condition with the original packaging and safety tag (the photos of the item including unimpaired tag is required before shipping).
**The buyer pays shipping back costs.
***We do not cover upgrade\expedited shipping services both ways (shipping to you and for return).
WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?
A refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned unused\undamaged, with the shop safety tag on the item.
