SOME TIPS FOR A MECHANICAL WRISTWATCH:
If you have a manual watch, you should try to wind it at the same time each day, preferably before putting it on. The amount of winding a manual watch needs really depends on its make. Your watch needs to wind up by turning the crown ONLY clockwise 20 - 25 revolutions. When you’re winding the watch, you should always stop when you feel even the slightest bit of resistance—you could damage the spring if you wind it too much.
Winding it in the morning is best because the watch will have consistent power throughout the day. After winding the watch you could set the time: pull the crown (should hear a "click") and rotate the watch hands ONLY clockwise, it's not recommended to do this fast because it may affect the central axis of the movement. After setting the time push the crown back (should hear a "click" again).
Sometimes because of temperature fluctuation and long shipping, your watch’ movement needs help to start working. No worries, just after wounding up the watch the first time, try to swing it (or shake it) gently.

Keep away the watch from water, and strong magnetic fields, like audio speakers, and amplifiers, don't stick your watch on the magnetic clasp of a handbag.
We strongly recommend you never open your watch yourself. Doing so might expose the movement to moisture or dust and cause more harm to your watch than good. Leave that kind of work to the experts.
